How to Use MyChart:

• Open your Internet browser.
• Navigate to www.mychart.com.
• Click the “Sign In” button.
• Click “New User?”
• Click “Yes, I am a new user.”
• Enter your email address or log-in ID.
• Enter your password.
• Click “Sign In.”
• Click “Yes, I have a user ID.”
• Enter your user ID.
• Click “Sign In.”
• Click the “View My Chart” button.
• Click the “Charting” button.
• Click the “Chart Tools” button.
• Click the “Chart Viewer” button to see your chart.
• Click the “Print” button to print your chart.
• Click the “Chart Viewer” button to see your chart.
• Click the “Print” button to print your chart.
• Click the “Charts” button.
• Click the “View All” button to see all of your charts.
• Click the “Print” button for the individual chart you want to print.
• Click the “File” button.
• Click the “Print” button.
• Click the “Print” button at the top of the window.
• Select the printer you want to use.
